HARBOR VILLAGE POLICIES

We know you'll love staying at our luxury condos for rent at Manistee's Lake Michigan beaches. And we hope to make your stay at Harbor Village as pleasant as possible for you and others. Please follow village policies when enjoying common areas.

Pools

• No food or alcohol in pool area or facility
• No glass allowed in pool area or facility
• No diving
• No running & jumping
• No pets allowed in the facility
• An adult must supervise children under the age of 14
• You must shower before entering pool
• Play toys are not allowed in the spas
• The Indoor Pool is closed from 11:00PM to 6:00AM. From 11:15PM to 5:45AM, an alarm with motion sensors will automatically be set and will call police if activated. Fines will be assessed to individuals responsible and deducted from security deposit. Please be sure to exit the indoor pool before the alarms are set.

• No food or alcohol in the fitness center (a water cooler is provided)
• No glass allowed
• No pets allowed
• Please wipe down equipment after use (disinfectant and towels provided)
• Do not try to move or rearrange fitness equipment (please address problems and concerns with equipment to the fitness room coordinator)
• An adult must supervise children under the age of 18
• No wet bathing suits allowed
• Please wear inside shoes in the fitness room

Harbor Village Grounds

• Skateboarding, rollerblading and bicycling are not allowed on the marina basin sidewalk
• Fishing is not allowed from the marina basin sidewalk or docks
• Please advise children to be careful when riding bikes and scooters in the street, parking lots or playground
• We suggest young children wear a life jacket when walking along the marina basin
• Boats, trailers and motor homes cannot be parked overnight on the premises
